Kerri is part of the Real Estate Institute administrative staff, as a new student she will complete your enrollment and will be your direct contact throughout your studies, anyone who interacts with her will tell you she is friendly and very helpful whenever a student needs assistance. What makes her a great real estate school administrator is the fact she has worked in the real estate industry administratively for over 25 years and is expert on real estate licensing compliance and real estate regulations.

Meet Manny

Instructor

Manny is a senior instructor with over 33 years experience as a licensed, active Realtor® and licensed as a Broker. Spanning his career Manny has helped hundreds of people realize their dream of home ownership while striving to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress free. As a state certified pre-license real estate instructor Manny has help hundreds of thousands of students realize their goal of becoming licensed real estate agents, not only by sharing with them the technical knowledge needed to pass the state exams but also sharing real world examples of the business to help lay the foundation of success in real estate.

Meet David

Instructor

David has worked in the real estate industry in different facets for over 17 years, from a legal side he has personally been involved and prepared over 10,000 closings. Dave brings to the classroom a depth of knowledge of the technical aspects of modern real estate practice as well as a real world understanding of what it takes to practice real estate. Our students will tell you David brings to the classroom a passion and excitement about all things real estate. David is a full time active licensed Realtor® in Rhode Island. Dave is a licensed active full time Realtor® serving both buyers and sellers statewide.

Meet Rob

Rob has been in the real estate business for over 35 years and is celebrating 30 years as Broker/Owner of one of Rhode Island's top real estate brokerages. Rob is known throughout the industry for his passion and commitment to education and leadership, since his early days he learned the value of continuous skill development and education to further his career and success. He now brings his knowledge and industry insights and expertise to the classroom by helping new aspiring real estate agents launch and grow their real estate business.

Candace works directly with the education director and staff in developing course curriculum and policy.
