Need help passing the law exam? 

We offer the Rhode Island law class for license reciprocity.

Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida have real estate license reciprocity agreements with Rhode Island.

​If you hold a license in these states you are only required to take and pass the Rhode Island portion of the state exam.

Rhode Island law portion you will complete 6 clock hours of study, law book included.

Tuition fee $125.00

Choose day, night or weekend schedules.

• Day class       9:00-12:00 (2 classes)
  
• Night class    6:00-9:00   Tuesday & Thursday  (2 Classes)
