Step 1. Enroll in the state required real estate pre licensing classes. Thats us, choose from convenient day, night or weekend class schedules. Day classes meet Monday - Friday 9:00-12:00 (15 Classes)
Night classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-9:00 (15 Classes)
Weekend classes meet every Saturday 9:00-3:30 (7 Classes)
Step 2. Take the state real estate exam. Who likes exams? No worries, we prepare you with expert live instructors who are committed to helping you earn your Rhode Island real estate license. As part of the Real Estate Institute of Rhode Island's commitment to helping you earn your real estate license all our students can audit every class free of charge for up to six months after completing their classes. (Rhode Island requires all applicants to complete a 3 hour lead paint awareness class. You can complete this online before or after passing the real estate exam)
